a new breed of metal heads
Across the board, Canada has had pretty much the worst winter ever. The good news: this week marked Winnipeg's first positive temperature in the double digits ( >10 degrees Celsius) since November 13 of last year! (Insert feeble cheer from jaded Winnipeggers here.) The bad news: there is still so much snow. And where there isn't snow, there's mud. Just talk to my leopard print, calf hair loafers. Picture the worst case scenario. That happened.
But fear not, dear readers! We here at Margot + Maude have a solution for this slow spring that's plaguing the nation: slip into some of spring's gorgeous metallics and the sun's rays will reflect off your body and speed up the melting process! It's science. Don't argue.
Here are a few of our favourite editorials featuring some seriously snow-melting metallics to inspire you to get your sheen on! For more great metallics and ideas on how to wear them visit our pin board "some like it metallic…"
